I am a coffeeaholic, But I like my coffee to have flavor. I have not gotten one thing off this menu that I haven't liked. Not one! Honestly the cinnamon cream cold brew is to die for! This is the only coffee shop that I have found to actually give me a run for my money with my coffee that I make at home. My only complaint is that we need more locations in Ohio. Specifically near Akron Ohio.

Great coffee. I was just driving by and saw it, so I drove on through. I got a cold brew iced coffee and honestly, it's one of the best cups of coffee I've had in really long time. Very satisfying. I will be scooting on back soon.

My daughter wanted to venture out of Pittsburgh, so she searched for places to go to. Besides a landmark we were going to, she heard good things about Scooter's. Honestly, this coffee shop was okay, nothing special. We had to have them remake one of our drinks as it was not what we ordered. One of the two employees came up to the drive-thru window and had an attitude. She told us that's what we ordered. I apologized and asked if we could just add what was missing. She replied, "I can't take that back." She handed it back to us and made the one we wanted. My family and I will not return and do not recommend this establishment.

Update: The mere fact this company offers a sub par apology, they do NOTHING to make the situation/order right. We ALL have wasted our money on Scooters with them offering nothing to rectify the issue. If I could ZERO this review I would. $20 for 3 coffees and 2 of them weren’t made right, the HOT coffee was ICE COLD! I went back to have them remake my hot coffee the girl didn’t ask what I wanted in it, she then opened the window handed it out and shut the window and walked away. 2 of them went into the trash! Horrible horrible horrible service RUDE because you messed up my order. This is my first and last time going there. Total waste of money!

The coffee and food was great! I had a shot of espresso to get the taste and it was really good. It was sweet and already gave me a jump to start the day. The medium roast was delicious and had a very smooth taste to it. My wife had the Oreo Blend with Espresso and she really like it too. The service was extremely fast. From the time we drove from the ordering screen to the pick up window, my coffee was already being handed out the window. It was great and definitely recommend this coffee to others.
